With over three decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Meet Kevin Withrow
Kevin’s journey in the manufacturing world began over 32 years ago when he joined Orbit Valve in 1991. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in operations management.
However, the world experienced a significant shift due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which prompted Kevin to transition into sales management with another company for two years.
But as they say, opportunity knocks when you least expect it. Kevin’s path led him to The Hall Group — a seamless transition that he describes as a blessing and perfect timing, and he eagerly embraced the chance to be a part of our team. Notably, Kevin also worked at well-known companies such as Orbit Valve and Cameron and holds a degree in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Kevin brings a set of unique skills and qualities to his role that will undoubtedly make a difference. With a background in continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing, he is well-equipped to enhance our operational efficiency and drive excellence across the board.

The Role and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Operations, Kevin’s role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. His responsibilities encompass supply chain management, vendor relationships, overseeing production in both our plants, and driving production engineering initiatives.
Currently, Kevin is diving into the deep end to help configure the last steps to fully implement our current MES/ERP system, ensuring its seamless functionality. Additionally, he is spearheading the implementation of a welding robot cell, an exciting project that will further enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
